The facilities are sort of old it seems like you’re not in such 4 or 5 stars hotels , the little wall in the balcony makes you feel you’re not living in 21 century. Not to mention the Internet wasn’t working in our room.
The staffs were so helpful and amazing specially a guy he’s name is Ahmed , he was polite and so helpful he looks really professional and I like the way he deals with guests. The view from the balcony is really nice .

Over all the property was ok but being someone who has traveled a lot I would not give this a 5 star rating at all. I would give it like a 3 star. The place is right next to a crazy Cairo traffic and it is almost impossible to step out of the hotel and walk around where it is located.
The breakfast buffet was great but since we ate there 4 days the food didnt change any day.
